Welcome to 315 Content, a private community platform for local content creators in the Central New York / 315 area. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Who can use this site
315 Content is invite-only and intended for local content creators and their collaborators. Access may be granted or removed at the discretion of the site administrator.
Your account
You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, since it's how you access this site.
Acceptable use
By participating in chat, the forum, file sharing, or any other part of the site, you agree not to:
- Post anything illegal, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward other members
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Share content that infringes on someone else's copyright or intellectual property
- Impersonate another person or member
- Use the site to spam or solicit members for unrelated commercial purposes
The administrator reserves the right to remove content or revoke access for members who violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of anything you post — chat messages, forum posts, project listings, and uploaded files. By posting, you're granting other members of this private site permission to view that content as part of normal use of the site.
File uploads
You're responsible for the files you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to share, and don't upload files larger than the site's stated limit (currently 20MB).
No warranty
315 Content is provided as-is, run by a single administrator as a community resource. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, bug-free, or error-free. We're not liable for any loss of content, data, or access resulting from downtime, bugs, or hosting issues.
Changes to the site or these terms
Features, design, and these terms may change over time as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
The administrator may suspend or remove your access at any time, for any reason, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
